Abstract

Selama masa pandeni covid-19 perusahaan melakukan sistem kerja secara WFH atau dengan kombinasi WFO. Dengan adanya sistem kerja seperti ini tentunya karyawan harus dapat beradaptasi dengan baik dalam melakukan pekerjaan mereka. Jika karyawan tidak dapat beradaptasi dengan baik tentunya akan mempengaruhi Quality of Work Life karyawan dan Work Life Balance Karyawan yang akan membuat karyawan menjadi stress dan tidak puas dalam bekerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Quality of Work Life karyawan terhadap Job Stress dan Job Satisfaction karyawan dan pengaruh Job Stress dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Work Life Balance karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan judgemental sampling. Pengumpulan data primer didapatkan dari penyebaran kucsioner kopada karyawan di salah satu perusahaan XY2. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Model Equation (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dari aspek Quality of Work Life terhadap Job Stress dan Job Stress terhadap Work Life Balance. Kemudian terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari aspek Quality of Work Life terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Work Life Balance.
