Abstract

Peringkat obligasi penting karena mencerminkan sinyal dari kinerja perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan bagi investor. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Peringkat Obligasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor non-keuangan yang menerbitkan obligasi dan telah diberikan peringkat oleh PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO), serta terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi logistik ordinal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 perusahaan non-keuangan yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Return on Asset (ROA) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, (2) Current Ratio (CR) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi, (3) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, (4) Ukuran Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi.
