Abstract

Corporate Human Resources divisi Learning and Development adalah divisi internal yang dimiliki oleh Kompas Gramedia. Divisi Learning and Development bertugas untuk memberikan ilmu dan pelatihan kepada karyawan Kompas Gramedia. Proses kerja magang di divisi Learning and Development membuat penulis mengerti bagaimana membangun image branding melalui sosial media dan membuat desain untuk seluruh karyawan Kompas Gramedia dan masyarakat umum.
