Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Trimegah Auto Plaza, a dealer of Honda auto car. During the internship program, the main job is to make the journal for each that occurs either cash or bank, make reconciliation for each bank account owned by the company and tax reconciliation, cash opname, and spare parts inventory opname. During the internship program some problem that often stand includes the journalizing of transactions due to missing information. This can affect the process of preparing financial statements. Financial statement that didn't provide on time will affect decision-making process of interest users. Some suggestions to improving performance of the company. There are increase internal control in company and make standard operating procedure such as SOP for spare parts inventory opname
