Abstract

The author is participant in the internship Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi, which is a non-departmental government institution under the coordination of the country's research and technology ministry which has the task of government in the field of assessment and application of technology. In BPPT author has some duty to help them make SPPD, create memos, helped create the budget realization report, fill in tax collection letters (SSP), fill out tax invoices, helping recapitulate memos, and help the examination of memos evidence. Obstacle that I found in doing the task is document storage is less neat, recapitulation and SPPD Office Memorandum are still Manually, Absence Special Formats for Reports Budget Realization. I always consult with the leaders and asked for additional time
