Abstract

Laporan “AKTIVITAS RISET DALAM BRAND MANAGEMENT DI PT MONYSAGA PRIMA” ini merupakan hasil pengalaman kerja magang penulis disalah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang minuman. PT Monysaga Prima menyadari dalam era keterbukaan informasi saat ini perlu adanya strategi-strategi pembedah untuk dapat bersaing. Dalam membuat dan melaksanakan strategistrategi pembedah PT Monysaga Prima memiliki Brand Manager untuk menjalankan praktik marketing dan PR dalam perusahaan. Selama praktik kerja magang, penulis ditempatkan pada divisi marketing dan dibawahi langsung oleh Brand Manager yang bertugas menjalankan aktivitas riset CRM. Adapun perkejaan yang penulis lakukan selama magang adalah customer profiling data, riset retailer, data mining retailer, riset logo, riset rasa produk dan melakukan presentasi kepada pembimbing. Aktivitas riset perlu dilakukan guna menjaga hubungan baik dengan retailer maupun konsumen secara langsung guna menjaga dan meningkatkan image perusahaan.
