Abstract

Rabu, 25 January 2023, Indonesian Chef Association (ICA) memperingati hari jadinya yang ke-16 dan Hari Chef Nasional bersama dengan program studi Perhotelan Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN). Mengusung tema “16 Tahun Menjaga Komitmen ‘Bersatu’,” ICA mengadakan Cooking Demo 1.600 tusuk sate dengan 16 bumbu Nusantara oleh para celebrity chef ICA. Kegiatan ini diadakan di Lobby D gedung PK. Ojong - Jakob Oetama Tower UMN.
