Abstract

As part of the requirement for a bachelor degree at the University, an internship project was conducted at PT DEYON RESOURCES (also known as TERASKOTA Entertainment Center). The project was conducted within the Event and Promotion Department of the company, which dealt with company’s events. During the internship, the student was involved in the event project development. The activities carried out within the project included corporate social responsibility related to the event. Several obstacles emerged during the internship project, which included difficulties in reconciling the differences between the team’s aspirations when the events were developed. In order to resolve the above-mentioned issues, the team should respect each others and talk politely, so that they can minimize the possibility of the problem.
