Abstract

Perkembangan industri media televisi semakin pesat, sehingga persaingan di bidang media tekevisi semakin kompetitif. Setiap media televisi berupaya menampilkan program-program yang menarik dan aktual dan digemari oleh para audiens. Berbagai macam konsep dan program acara dibuat semenarik mungkin sehingga dapat membuat rating setiap program meningkat. METRO TV, yang dinaungi oleh Media Group, menjadi penyedia konten berita televisi di Indonesia sejak tahun 2000. Komitmen METRO TV untuk menyebarkan berita dan informasi ke seluruh pelosok Indonesia. Dengan melakukan praktek kerja magang di PT. Media Televisi Indonesia (Metro TV), penulis berkesempatan untuk mempraktikkan langsung teori-teori yang telah dipelajari oleh penulis selama enam semester di Universitas Multimedia Nusantara.
