Abstract

OpenERP adalah suatu software Entity Relational yang digunakan sebagai aplikasi back-end di sebuah perusahaan. PT Teltics Media menjadi salah satu perusahaan yang menangani pembuatan custom module untuk OpenERP yang disesuaikan dengan requirement dari perusahaan atau organisasi yang bersangkutan. Suatu perusahaan atau organisasi tentu butuh sistem informasi yang reliable dan OpenERP bisa menjadi salah satu solusi untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi. OpenERP juga dapat digunakan untuk men-generate report, pengaturan jadwal, dan lain-lain. Python menjadi bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk membangun custom module OpenERP. Pekerjaan yang dikerjakan selama periode kerja magang adalah membuat custom module OpenERP prototype untuk sistem informasi sekolah dan memodifikasi custom module OpenERP untuk sistem informasi transportasi dengan menambahkan fitur baru. Sistem informasi sekolah mempermudah administrator sekolah dalam mengolah data dan informasi untuk berbagai keperluan. Modifikasi sistem informasi transportasi dengan menambah fitur untuk menghitung akumulasi jarak tempuh dari sebuah armada.
