Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT. Dynaplast, Tbk. and was positioned in accounting and tax division. Some task done during an internship are check over purchase invoice accuracy, enter purchase invoice data into SAP, take tax invoice, enter Value Added Tax (VAT) data use Microsoft Excel program, make a recapitulation of entertainment expense, price variance, and make a Income Statement. During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed properly. There are some constraints found in completing the tasks caused by the lack of supporting document. To solve that constraints, the company should improve its internal control, especially in the documentation procedures. Lack of supporting documents can hinder the accounting process.
