Abstract

Internships pogram was done at Tjahjadi Konsultan, a company that specialized in tax consulting service. Internship progam started from February 4, 2013 until April 5, 2013. The tasks to be performed in the tax department, doing a calculation, payment, and tax reporting for the personal or firm taxation. During the intership, author has handle 2 firm and 27 SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi. Work done for Yayasan Dhammasavana input daily transaction for account Bank BCA, Bank DKI, and cash from worksheet to accounting program MYOB, calculation depreciation for 2012. Work done for PT Bangun Harapan terus Maju input VAT to e-SPT PPN 1111 for the month February 2013. Prepare SSP for PPh 21 and PPh 25. Work done for personal taxation is making SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi form calculation, payment until reporting SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi. During intership, there are problems with Yayasan Dhammasavana have many files for one account, and for personal taxation, do not know format is use to make worksheet SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi. Solution to deal with the problem, such as for description file clearly, and for SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi looking worksheet SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi 2011.
