Abstract
PT Computrade Technology International (CTI Group) adalah perusahaan distributor infrastruktur TI bersifat business to business yang tergolong muda dalam industrinya. Cara CTI Group dalam membangun awareness masyarakat dengan media relations dan laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi media relations di CTI Group. Kegiatan media relations yang dilakukan CTI Group selama perode praktik kerja magang adalah konferensi pers, media gathering, media/press visit, menyebar press release, media monitoring, dan menilai media coverage. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan CTI Group sudah sesuai dengan teori yang dipelajari selama perkuliahan, tapi tidak cukup bila ingin meraih awareness masyarakat yang bisa memilih artikel untul dibaca. Perlu usaha indirect media relations dengan memanfaatkan 3rd party endorsment untuk membangun isu dan memberi pernyataan tentang CTI Group sehingga membangun kepercayaan masyarakat yang lebih kuat pada perusahaan.
