Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan dua variabel independen yaitu, Intrinsic Reward (X1) dan Motivation (X2) dan juga memiliki satu variabel dependen yaitu, Employee Performance (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh intrinsic reward dan motivation terhadap employee performance. Penelitian ini pula dilakukan di PT Langgeng Jaya Fiberindo yang berlokasi di Cikupa, Tangerang. Peneitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer yang dimana pengumpul data mendapatkan data dari sumber data, dalam hal ini para responden merupakan karyawan seluruh divisi di PT Langgeng Jaya Fiberindo. Dalam hal ini penelitian telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menghasilkan data yaitu, dimana variabel intrinsic reward dan motivation memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap employee performance, dan untuk menghasilkan data tersebut penulis menggunakan sampel sebanyak 42 responden.
