Abstract
Internship in PT WELLCOMM RITELINDO PRATAMA about 60 days. PT WELLCOMM RITELINDO PRATAMA is brand cell phone accessories and gadgets leaders in Indonesia which founded in 2005. The purpose of this internship is to learn and acquiring knowledge about the real working experience, especially to find out about the making process of Job Description, competency module, and evaluation process of Sales Counter in the company. The internship report focused on Job Description, competency module, and evaluation process of Sales Counter in PT WELLCOMM RITELINDO PRATAMA. Job Description is an important element of the company to place the right people in to the right position and to inform the description of the job. Module competency is an important statement regarding the performance of the job. Evaluation process is important to evaluate whether the company gave a right training based on what the Sales Promotion Girl / Sales Promotion Boy needed or the company have to change the training process.
