Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisisfaktor-faktoryangmemengaruhipenggunaanlayanan ride-hailing Maxim di Indonesia dengan menguji peran Perceived Technology, Perceived Risk, dan Institution-Based Trust terhadap Service Usage melalui mediasi Online Trust. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan desainsingle cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan melalui survei online terhadap pengguna aplikasi Maxim dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM berbasis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkanbahwaPerceivedTechnologydanInstitution-BasedTrust berpengaruhpositifterhadapOnlineTrust,sedangkanPerceivedRiskberpengaruh negatif. OnlineTrustterbuktimenjadifaktorkunciyangmendorongpeningkatan Service Usage, sementara Perceived Risk tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Service Usage. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kepercayaan dan kualitas teknologi dalam mendorong penggunaan layanan Maxim secara berkelanjutan.
