Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Pengaruh Quality Control Terhadap Proses Produksi Dengan Menggunakan Statistical Process Control Di SOHO UPVC Windows and Doors”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah cacat produk pada saat proses produksi berlangsung sehingga tidak menimbulkan cost yang besar. Pengendalian mutu barang yang maksimal menjadi salah satu pembahasan dalam manajemen quality control, salah satu penerapannya adalah dengan metode Statistical Process Control. Dengan metode ini penelitian dapat membantu meminimalkan jumlah cacat pada saat proses produksi agar tidak banyak terjadi sehingga menekan cost perusahaan.
