Abstract

Laporan ini mengangkat judul “Pengaruh Linkages dan Information Sharing terhadap kinerja Supply Chain Management pada PT Indonesia Nippon Seiki”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara langsung bagaimana hubungan linkages dan information sharing terhadap kinerja supply chain management yang terjadi pada PT Indonesia Nippon Seiki. Hasil dalam penelitian ini diperoleh langsung dari karyawan PT Indonesia Nippon Seiki pada seksi Procurement dan Plan Production Control dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, kemudian diolah langsung oleh peneliti. Dari hasil kuisioner tersebut, peneliti mengolah data dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS (Statistcal Product for Social Science) versi 22. Dari hasil olah kuisioner dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara supplier linkages dan customer linkages terhadap kinerja supply chain management dalam hal fleksibilitas dan efisiensi, dan juga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara level of information sharing dan quality of information sharing terhadap kinerja supply chain management dalam hal fleksibilitas dan efisiensi.
