Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi tentang masuknya produsen otomotif asal Tiongkok yang memproduksi mobil yang berkualitas dan dengan harga jual yang bersaing di kelasnya. Salah satunya adalah Wuling Motors. Hadirnya Wuling di Indonesia juga merupakan awal baik bagi produsen Tiongkok. Terlebih, Wuling mendapatkan support dari Wuling Club Indonesia (WLCI). Dengan adanya WLCI, seharusnya WLCI dapat menjadi advocates dengan melakukan brand advocacy kepada masyarakat awam. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 114 responden pada anggota dari WLCI chapter Jakarang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived quality memengaruhi sebesar 44,3% kepada para anggota dari WLCI chapter Jakarang untuk melakukan brand advocacy, Sedangkan dimensi dari perceived quality yang paling berpengaruh adalah reliability (keandalan) dengan pengaruh sebesar 43,4%.
