Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, perceived risk, speed, security and privacy, and user satisfaction on e-filing usage, either partially and simultaneously. The object in this research is individual taxpayer who registered in Tax Office (KPP) located in Tangerang and Jakarta and use e-filing to report tax liability. Sample selection using convenience sampling method. The data used in this study is primary data. There were 181 questionnaries distributed for this research, but only 177 questionnaries returned and 154 questionnaries used in this research using multiple linear regression. The results of this research are (1) perceived usefulness has significant influence on e-filing usage, (2) perceived easy of use has significant influence on e-filing usage, (3) perceived risk has no influence on e-filing usage, (4) speed has no influence on e-filing usage, (5) security and privacy has no influence on efiling usage, (6) user satisfaction has significant influence on e-filing usage, (7) perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, perceived risk, speed, security and privacy, and user satisfaction have significant influence simultaneously on e-filing usage.
