Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh layout design dan atmosphere terhadap attitude toward to the website dan emotional arousal serta implikasinya terhadap purchase intention pada website Lazada. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software Amos Graphics 22 dengan jumlah responden 101. Uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dalam main-test diukur dengan menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), dan hubungan antarvariabel dan model penelitian dianalisa dengan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa layout design berpengaruh terhadap emotional arousal dan attitude toward to the website, atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap attitude toward to the website, emotional arousal berpengaruh terhadap attitude toward to the website dan purchase intention, dan attitude toward to the website berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention, bagi para online shopper.
