Abstract

Loyalitas pelanggan menjadi aspek penting dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Kartu anggota menjadi salah satu program loyalty yang ditawarkan oleh pemilik The Bunker Café. Namun, penjualan kartu anggota belum memenuhi target. Tujuan dari karya ini adalah untuk meningkatkan minat beli kartu anggota The Bunker Café, dengan menggunakan konsep integrated marketing communication secara keseluruhan dan berfokus pada aspek promosi. Selama tiga bulan proses perancangan karya, data diperoleh secara kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan pemilik The Bunker Café dan beberapa staff, serta melalui observasi lokasi. Media promosi yang dihasilkan dalam karya ini berupa in-store radio, brosur, flyer, stiker tangga, serta pembuatan konten media sosial Instagram berupa short video.
