Abstract
Apakah kepercayaan dan resiko penting dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian di perdagangan elektronik? Bagaimana kepercayaan dan resiko memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di internet? Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan dan resiko yang mungkin didapat oleh konsumen di internet memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian.
