Abstract

Kota Semarang merupakan kota yang terkenal akan ragam kulinernya, menurut riset yang dilakukan Hilton Worldwide sebanyak 36% wisatawan memilih kota tempat berlibur dengan bergantung pada pilihan kulinernya. Semarang sebagai kota yang memiliki ragam kuliner belum cukup memberi informasi akan kuliner mana saja yang otentik dan dari sisi konsumen tentu akan merugikan pengalaman kuliner mereka. Sehingga perlu adanya panduan yang berisi informasi tentang kuliner otentik khas Kota Semarang agar dapat mempermudah wisatawan dan memberi pengalaman yang berkesan saat berkunjung ke Kota Semarang terutama bagi pecinta kuliner.
