Abstract

Music scoring merupakan salah satu aspek penting untuk membangun mood dalam suatu scene, selain visual. Music composer mempunyai peran untuk menyempurnakan elemen didalam film. Kebanyakan orang tidak sadar betapa penting peran elemen audio didalam film. Selain gambar, musik bisa memperkuat perspektif penonton terhadap mood didalam film. Laporan tugas akhir ini berisi bagaimana music scoring dapat membangkitkan suspense atmosphere dalam film pendek “Gelap Mata”. Penulis lebih memfokuskan menggunakan music scoring agar suspense atmosphere bisa tersampaikan dengan baik.
