Abstract

Penulis memilih bekerja sebagai videographer dan editor di PT. Impactbyte Teknologi Edukasi karena penulis tertarik untuk mempelajari proses pembuatan konten digital marketing dalam startup. Dengan begitu penulis bisa meningkatkan ilmu serta mengembangkan potensi yang ada. Penulis juga belajar untuk mengatasi setiap kendala terutama pada bagian teknis, seperti peralatan syuting yang kurang memadai, laptop sering overheat karena editing dan memakai peralatan pribadi penulis, serta sering terjadi miskomunikasi antar tim digital marketing. Kendala tersebut membuat penulis belajar untuk membuat solusi seperti melakukan pengajuan alat baru serta memberikan penjelasan yang logis dan insiatif mengadakan rapat harian dengan tim digital marketing.
