Abstract

PT. Tokopedia adalah perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa di bidang marketplace, yang memiliki tujuan untuk memajukan dan pemerataan ekonomi di Indonesia melalui internet. Penulis memilih untuk melakukan praktik kerja magang di Tokopedia karena penulis tertarik dengan cara kerja sebuah perusahaan marketplace yang berkembang dengan pesat dan flow pekerjaan yang cepat. Dalam kerja magang penulis ditempatkan di divisi Tokopedia Play berkedudukan sebagai videographer dan editor. Selama bekerja penulis berkesempatan untuk mengerjakan kurang lebih 7 projek. Selain itu penulis juga mendapatkan banyak ilmu mulai dari bagaimana workflow produksi sebuah konten dari perusahaan sebesar Tokopedia, dan juga bagaimana cara bekerja dengan sebuah tim besar yang membutuhkan sebuah koordinasi dan komunikasi yang baik antar anggota tim.
