Abstract

PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana merupakan salah satu perusahaan fashion yang berdiri sejak 1979 di Indonesia yang memiliki berbagai brand seperti: WOOD, The Executive, Wrangler, Et Cetera, Colorbox, Jockey, Lee, Tira Jeans, dan Le Coq Sportif. Dalam mengembangkan brand dan branding, perusahaan membutuhkan divisi Marketing Communication untuk melakukan komunikasi pemasaran, membentuk citra brand, sales promotion, dan meningkatkan awareness Tujuan dalam menjalani praktik magang yaitu untuk mengetahui aktivitas divisi Marketing Communication PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana khususnya pada brand The Executive dan WOOD, untuk mengetahui serta mengalami aktivitas pada bagian event, partnership photoshoot, mencari influencer, store promotion, social media report. Selain itu, praktik magang selama tiga bulan menunjukkan semua aktivitas membentuk sales promotion yang baik dan sesuai dapat memperoleh brand awareness yang di inginkan.
