Abstract

IDDC (Indonesia Design Development Center) merupakan sebuah pusat layanan konsultasi desain yang berada di bawah pengawasan Direktorat Jenderal Pengembangan Ekspor Nasional, Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia. Penulis memilih IDDC sebagai tempat kerja magang karena ingin belajar dan turut berpartisipasi dalam proses pembuatan desain produk lokal di Indonesia dengan menggunakan ilmu yang telah diperoleh selama perkuliahan dalam program studi Desain Komunikasi Visual. Selama menjalankan kerja magang di IDDC, penulis mendapatkan banyak pengalaman, relasi dan wawasan baru dari berbagai proyek seperti perancangan identitas, kemasan, desain post hingga katalog. Dalam pengerjaan proyek tersebut, penulis mengalami beberapa kendala dalam alur koordinasi dan lina masa. Namun, seluruh kendala tersebut dapat penulis atasi seiring waktu dengan berkomunikasi
