Abstract

Meta Mata Indonesia merupakan perusahaan start up dalam bidang event organizer. Penulis melakukan program magang di Meta Mata Indonesia karena Meta Mata Indonesia merupakan perusahaan start up dan penulis memiliki keinginan untuk berkontribusi membangun perusahaan tersebut menjadi lebih baik lagi melalui program kerja magang selama tiga bulan. Selama periode kerja magang berlangsung, penulis menemukan berbagai macam pengalaman baru diantraranya adalah belajar bagaimana caranya bekerja secara tim, berkoordinasi antar divisi, mengeksplor karya, menjalin komunikasi antar tim dan belajar bertanggung jawab terhadap apa saja yang dikerjakan. Selama periode magang berlangsung, penulis masih belum banyak mendapatkan wawasan dan eksplorasi mengenai gaya visual, pemilihan warna dan layout. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh penulis selama periode magang berlangsung adalah memahami perbedaan antara brief yang sudah ada dengan keinginan dari divisi lain yang berbeda.
