Abstract

PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (IDX:FREN) merupakan salah satu perusahaan penyedia layanan telekomunikasi yang ada di Indonesia yang meluncurkan layanan Voice over LTE (VoLTE), 4G LTE Advanced komersial pertama di Indonesia. Saat ini Smartfren merupakan satu-satunya operator yang beroperasi di jaringan 4G sepenuhnya dengan wilayah cakupan jaringan yang luas. Dalam pemahaman proses business development di perusahaan, penulis melakukan berbagai pekerjaan: Membuat Competitor Analysis, Membantu follow-up New Project Development, Melakukan analisis Internal Corporate Analysis, Melakukan komparasi & Review My SF App vs Competitor's App, Melakukan komparasi & Review Website Smartfren Vs Website Competitor's, Melakukan survei, User Experience, dan Company Visit Dengan pemahaman dasar teori business development, disertai pengembangan bisnis dari berbagai sisi, diharapkan PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk dapat meningkatkan proses implementasi business development serta mempertegas standar operasional prosedur yang dapat berdampak pada perkembangan perusahaan.
