Abstract

The world of logistics in Indonesia is in a promising development phase. This is inseparable from the development of the logistics industry itself in the country. Supporting things such as the demographic bonus owned by Indonesia are a distinct advantage for the logistics world. Since the opening of the global market by the government, logistics activities in Indonesia have developed well. Logistics performance is the main factor or key that makes the logistics industry in Indonesia grow. Logistics companies certainly think about their logistics performance in order to meet the expectations of their customers. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of factors that affect Logistics Performance such as Collaboration and Information Sharing, mediated by Logistics Capabilities. This quantitative research was conducted at PT. Synergy First Logistics. The data was analyse by using the SmartPLS software. This study finds that the factors that affect Logistics Performance such as Collaboration and Information Sharing mediated by Logistics Capabilities have a significant positive influence, and the existing mediation is Full Mediation, where Collaboration and Information Sharing are fully mediated by Logistics Capabilities.
