Abstract

The internship was conducted at Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village in Finance and Accounting Department. During the internship the task that were done are Invoicing Purchase Order, Input Insurance Bill, Creating Doctor Fee Report, tidy up the Report Payer Outstanding, Creating Tenant Bill. On the internship process there are some constraints found that prevented the execution of task caused by the incomplete data and the computer used is not connected to the system or network in the company. To solve the problem we need contacting the vendor to request complete data and calling IT division to reconnect the computer used with existing systems in the enterprise
