Abstract
PT. Astra Digital Arta (AstraPay) merupakan salah satu perusahaan dompet digital yang berada dibawah naungan Astra International Group yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2018. Perusahaan ini sebelumnya memiliki holding company PT. Federal International Finance atau yang sering kita sebut sebagai FIFGROUP. Namun per Juli 2021 AstraPay berada dibawah naungan PT. Sedaya Multi Investama (Astra Financial). PT. Astra Digital Arta (AstraPay) memiliki misi utama yaitu menjadi enabler atau fasilitator dompet digital bagi seluruh bagian dari ekosistem Astra International Group dengan memberikan kemudahan bertransaksi secara digital, aman dan terpercaya. Pada proses praktik kerja magang, penulis menempati posisi sebagai Human Capital & General Services intern di PT. Astra Digital Arta (AstraPay) dan memiliki beberapa tanggung jawab seperti melaksanakan proses shortlisting atau screening CV calon kandidat, mengunggah job vacant di job portal yang digunakan perusahaan, melaksanakan tugas sebagai conductor proses psikotes dan juga menghitung hasil psikotes dari para kandidat, serta melaksanakan proses interview dengan para kandidat.
