Abstract
The internship was conducted at Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD in Finance and Accounting Department. During the internship, the main task was made match closing night audit documents with the hotel system continued by filling the documents, making daily sales reports, rounding tax amounts, weekly reports indonesia international expo, aswell as inputting cash receipt report data, making the receiving report, and lastly compiling the data of its receiving reports. During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed properly. There were some difficulties such as during matching the closing night audit with its data of the hotel system the hard copy document of outlet bill was received incomplete and it was unmatched with the system. Besides that, the internet connection is unstable which causes difficulties in opening the hotel system. The problem was settled down by asking the outlet bill again to the food & beverage department and contacting IT to fix the unstable network.
