Abstract

COVID-19 di Indonesia mengakibatkan terjadinya peningkatan angka pengangguran di Kabupaten Tangerang terutama untuk kalangan anak muda yang meningkat secara signifikan dengan rentan umur 20-24 tahun. Salah satu solusi menurunkan angka pengangguran yaitu dengan meningkatkan jumlah wirausaha. Tetapi di Indonesia masih rendah untuk aktivitas wirausaha terutama di kalangan anak muda indonesia sehingga penelitian ini ingin berfokus pada Entrepreneurial Intentions. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Conclusive Research Design dimana untuk menguji hubungan tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan 122 responden dengan pengukuran skala likert 1-5 dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dan Smart PLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini menguji 3 variabel independen (Entrepreneurial Family Background, Effectiveness of Entrepreneurship Education, dan Entrepreneurial Personality Traits), 1 variabel dependen (Entrepreneurial Intentions), dan 1 variabel moderasi (Entrepreneurial Family Background) Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Entrepreneurial Family Background, Effectiveness of Entrepreneurship Education tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intentions, Entrepreneurial Personality Traits berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intentions, dan variabel Entrepreneurial Family Background sebagai variabel moderasi memperlemah pengaruh Effectiveness of Entrepreneurship Education terhadap Entrepreneurial Intentions.
