Abstract
Cosmetic in Indonesia has grew 5.59% in the first quarter of 2020 (Rizaty, 2021). A survey stated that Indonesian consumer assess local products to excel in terms of natural ingredient. Even though consumer are aware of this, they still use non-vegan cosmetics, especially lip products. As a vegan cosmetic brand, ESQA Cosmetics takes number seven, while the top six are non-vegan cosmetic brand. Therefore, this research aims to increase the purchase intention of ESQA Cosmetics
