Abstract

Perkembangan pasar digital seiring dengan pertumbuhan pengguna internet di Indonesia mengakibatkan para perusahaan e-commerce semakin kompetitif untuk menjalankan strategi promosi pemasaran dalam tujuan mendorong minat beli atau purchase intention konsumen. Strategi pemasaran dilakukan pula olch Shopee Mantul Sale sebagai program promosi pemasaran yang dijalankan secara berkala oleh Shopee setiap bulannya sejak tahun 2021 dan pada kegiatannya memberikan berbagai penawaran sales promotion. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara sales promotion Shopee Mantul Sale terhadap purchase intention konsumen. Selain itu, konsep marketing communication, marketing mix, promotion mix, sales promotion, dan purchase intention digunakan pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendckatan kuantitatif yang bersifat eksplanatif dengan metode survei. Survei dilakukan pada 300 pengguna e-commerce Shopee yang mengetahui program promosi Shopee Mantul Sale dengan teknik pengumpulan data purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan sales promotion Shopee Mantul Sale terhadap purchase intention konsumen sebesar 71,9%.
