Abstract

Urban Garden merupakan sub unit bisnis yang bergerak dalam bidang persemaian yang memfokuskan bisnisnya pada usaha tanaman hias untuk kebutuhan lanskap taman berserta dengan jasa perawatannya. Perancangan media promosi Urban Garden bertujuan untuk dapat membantu Urban Garden dalam pencapaian targetnya, yaitu merubah Urban Garden yang pada awalnya merupakan Cost Center (pusat biaya) menjadi Profit Center (pusat laba). Data yang dikumpulkan oleh penulis berkaitan dengan media promosi dan strategi pemasaran Urban Garden secara B2C “business to customer”. Perancangan ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, hingga studi literatur ke pihak Urban Garden.
