Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman, muncul satu industri baru yang menarik perhatian, yaitu industrri kreatif. Di antara berbagai industri kreatif yang ada, industri kreatif di bidang digital kini sedang digemari. Hal ini ditandai dengan munculnya berbagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang tersebut. Salah satunya adalah perusahaan start up bernama PT Eannovate Creative Technology yang bergerak di bidang website, branding, development mobile apps, web design, web development, iOS dan Android mobile app development, aktivasi social media, 3D modeling, virtual reality, augmented reality, dan architectural modeling. Penulis memutuskan untuk melakukan praktik kerja magang di PT Eannovate Creative Technology sebagai social media specialist yang berada di dalam divisi public relations. Hasilnya adalah PT Eannovate Creative Technology menyadari bahwa dengan menggunakan social media, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan brand awareness dari pengguna yang menjadi target market perusahaan
