Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, masyarakat sibuk yang menggunakan jasa agensi properti tidak lagi perlu mendatangi langsung agensi properti tersebut, melainkan dapat memanfaatkan internet yang sudah berkembang pesat. Oleh karena itu, Dreamhouse Property yang merupakan salah satu agensi properti yang aktif saat ini membutuhkan suatu aplikasi berbasis web untuk mempublikasikan nomor telepon dan alamat email, serta memasang dan mengelola iklan properti yang dipercayakan kepada mereka. Aplikasi Dreamhouse Property terdiri dari dua sisi yaitu umum yang digunakan oleh pengunjung dan agen serta administrator yang digunakan oleh administrator. Aplikasi sisi umum menggunakan desain web responsif sehingga memiliki tampilan mobile, tablet, dan desktop, sedangkan aplikasi sisi administrator hanya memiliki tampilan desktop saja. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, dan jQuery serta database MySQL. Pengunjung dapat melihat properti, melihat info yang berhubungan dengan Dreamhouse Property, serta mengirim pesan ke agen dan administrator. Agen dan administrator dapat login, mengganti password, dan logout. Administrator juga dapat melihat daftar, menambah, mengedit, dan menghapus user. Aplikasi yang dibangun berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan permintaan yang diberikan pemilik Dreamhouse Property melalui direksi CV. Dreambox Creative Multitalenta.
