Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Dynaplast as an accounting staff. During the internship, the main task were checking invoice from customers, making and printing invoice list and invoice approvals, checking profit center, perform the removal of the goods is apparently reject, filing payment invoice documents and entering data into SAP System, making recapitulation of taxes and entertainment expenses. SAP is System Application Products in Data Processing, which is a program used by management to help companies record, plan and conduct operations more efficiently and effectively. During internship all tasks can be done well, but there are some problems that occur in the company that are being handled, the first problem is frequent occurrence of error when performing verification. The second problem is the different between the numbers stated in the invoices with the number stated in the SAP system. The third problem, many document number that does not exist in SAP when removal of the goods is apparently reject. In order to resolve the above-mentioned issues, the company should be increase internet speed to make verification easier, the accounting staff should be carefully when inputs information and saves documents in SAP when doing the removal of the goods is apparently reject, and copying notes to make easier when input entertainment expenses. This is very important to avoid any adverse effects in the future.
