Abstract

Perubahan perilaku belanja konsumen akibat kemajuan teknologi digital dan pandemi COVID-19 telah memengaruhi bisnis ritel di Indonesia. Salah satunya berdampak pada toko retail swalayan fisik, termasuk Foodhall. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Product Selection, Store Environment, Experience, Frictionless, dan Social & Responsible terhadap Store Sustainability. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku ritel merancang strategi agar tetap kompetitif di tengah persaingan dengan e-commerce. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh dari 150 responden yang merupakan konsumen Foodhall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Store Sustainability. Variabel Product Selection memiliki pengaruh paling besar, menunjukkan pentingnya keberagaman dan kualitas produk. Selain itu, Store Environment dan Experience juga berperan penting dalam menciptakan pengalaman belanja yang baik. Variabel Frictionless menekankan pentingnya fleksibilitas transaksi dan jam operasional, sedangkan Social & Responsible menyoroti manfaat keberlanjutan dan program loyalitas. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing toko swalayan fisik di era digital.
