Abstract
TANGERANG – Pada tanggal 1 dan 2 November 2023, Pustakawan Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) menghadiri Konferensi Internasional Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia (KPPTI) dengan tema “Upscaling Academic Library Resources As a Strategy to Navigate The Post-Pandemic Era, Digital Transformation, and Society 5.0 in The Interconnected World”. Kegiatan ini diisi dengan proses Penandatanganan Perpanjangan Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) serta Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) dengan Perpustakaan Nasional RI yang diwakilkan oleh Ibu Orisa Mahardini, S,Sos., M.Hum. Selain itu, Fajarika Rahmawati, selaku Pustakawan UMN, juga berkesempatan mewakili perpustakaan untuk memaparkan artikel penelitian yang berjudul "UNION Mobile Self Check-Out: Embracing the Digital Era in Library to Improve User’s Experience and Satisfaction"
