Abstract

Gong Studios merupakan studio visual dengan spesialisasi dibidang 2D game art. Selain membuat ilustrasi dan konsep untuk game, Gong Studios juga membuat animasi karakter dua dimensi yang digunakan untuk keperluan game. Chromancer adalah game berbasis situs yang memiliki tampilan 2,5D (two-and-ahalf- dimensional) atau ¾ perspektif. Dalam proses penganimasian karakter game Chromancer, karakter dianimasikan dalam idle dan attack phase. Masing-masing phase merupakan animasi berulang (looping animation) yang tidak boleh putus. Proses pengaimasian karakter game Chromancer menggunakan perangkat lunak Adobe Flash CS6 yang menghasilkan output berupa Flash Movie (.swf) dan PNG Image Sequence (.png).
