Abstract

Pada tahun 2015 president menginstruksikan perusahaan agar gencar untuk melakukan ekspansi bisnis, salah satunya mengubah status dari perusahaan private menjadi perusahaan publik. para Investor dari mancanegara semakin banyak yang melakukan investasi di berbagai Negara berkembang, indonesia menjadi salah satu tujuan dari investasi global. Semenjak IPO pada tanggal 14 November 1995 Emiten BUMN PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia resmi menjadi perusahaan publik Dual Listing di Indonesia bursa efek jakarta dan New York Stock Exchange. Semenjak itu perusahaan wajib melakukan pelaporan kepada bursa yaitu Indonesia Stock Exchange dan Regulator seperti Bapepam (sekarang OJK), KSEI, dan Securities serta kepada pemegang saham Telkom. Saat praktik kerja magang penulis di tempatkan dalam unit Investor Relations yang di bimbing oleh Novy Kartikayanti selaku Senior Shareholder Relations PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. aktivitas yang dilakukan mencangkup program Investor Relations diantaranya mengikuti serangkaian pertemuan dengan pemangku kepentingan seperti Analis dan Pemegang saham perusahaan serta mempersiapkan data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk menjadi materi Unit Shareholder Relations kepada pemangku kepentingan
