Abstract
Employee performance includes aspects such as job satisfaction, soft skills training, and work environment. These aspects can encourage the performance of employees who work within the company, than maximum employee performance can have a good impact on the company. As a leading tourism company in Indonesia, PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara needs to pay attention to quality human resources to obtain better company performance. Based on company data, it can be seen that PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara's employee performance experienced a decline in 2017 from 2016. Therefore, PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara needs to pay attention to these aspects so that employees can improve their performance. This study aims to analyze whether there is an effect of job satisfaction, soft skills training, and work environment on employee performance on PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara employees in Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with nonprobability sampling technique, more detail is judgmental sampling. Primary data was obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 130 respondents who became permanent employees of PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara who had attended soft skills training. Then the data collected is processed by using SPSS application version 23. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of job satisfaction and soft skills training on employee performance, while there is no effect of work environment on employee performance.
