Abstract

Trusted merupakan suatu rasa keyakinan yang dimiliki oleh setiap individu untuk dapat bergantung pada orang lain, barang, maupun jasa agar dapat mengatasai suatu kondisi tertentu. Dengan demikian, konsep trusted digunakan dengan tujuan agar dapat meyakinkan konsumen pada kualitas obat asli dan juga jasa pelayanan yang diberikan oleh apotek Century Healthcare. Hal tersebut dapat terwujud dengan media company profile yang menginformasikan produk serta pelayanan. Oleh karena itu seorang creative director sangat berperan penting, hal ini dikarenakan creative director harus mampu mengembangkan client brief untuk mendapatkan sebuah konsep video yang akan digunakan. Konsep ini nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap brand image perusahaan tersebut.
