Abstract

Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang brand identity baru bagi Klinik Sehat Bahagia Jababeka agar memiliki identitas yang sesuai. Yang menjadi latar belakang penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah ketidaksesuaian brand identity dengan jenis klinik yang sebenarnya . Klinik Sehat Bahagia merupakan jenis klinik pratama, jenis klinik pratama adalah klinik yang melayani pelayanan medis umum tetapi brand identity Klinik Sehat Bahagia tidak sesuai dengan jenis klinik pratama, brand identity yang dimiliki Klinik Sehat Bahagia menyerupai jenis klinik utama karena menonjolkan pelayanan medis spesialis yaitu pelayanan medis gigi dan kulit. Ketidak sesuaian brand identity klinik ini ditambah lagi dengan penambahan unit medical check up pada Januari 2018. Brand identity yang akan dirancang akan disesuaikan dengan jenis, struktur, pengoperasionalan dan target pasar Klinik Sehat Bahagia yang merupakan kelas ekonomi menengah.
