Abstract

Penulisan skripsi penciptaan ini berisikan laporan tentang peranan Account Executive dalam menciptakan excellent service terhadap klien Riposte Design. Memiliki komunikasi yang benar dan sikap yang baik merupakan salah satu cara untuk menciptakan kualitas pelayanan terbaik kepada klien. Riposte Design merupakan salah satu perusahaan agensi kreatif di Tangerang yang bergerak di bidang multidisciplinary design dan business solution. Penulis bersama tim produksi berkesempatan untuk bekerjasama dengan pihak Riposte Design dalam pembuatan video company profile. Video company profile adalah salah satu media komunikasi visual yang berisikan visi dan misi dari sebuah perusahaan. Penulis sebagai Account Executive akan membahas pengalamannya, dari tahap pra produksi sampai pasca produksi sesuai dengan apa yang telah disepakati oleh kedua belah pihak.
